The brand O'Neill was born in the cold waves of Northern California, when a young man called Jack O'Neill, who was passionate about surfing, developped skills to brave mother nature. In 1952 he was pioneering with his first neoprene wetsuit and this was the beginning of his first Santa Cruz Surf Shop. Although things have changed since these modest beginnings, Jacks's first vision to produce functional and innovative tools for boardriding, has still remained the core impetus of all his activities. Since his first neoprene wetsuit in 1952 and the first seamless boardshort to a series of wearable electronics, the fire of innovation is still burning deep inside and boosting him. O'Neill showcases jackets, bachpacks and gloves of the h4 collection with features like an integrated camera, MP3 control and hands free mobile communication.
